A pleated skirt is such a classic garment. I never get tired of it and it fits all shirt or tank top.
I found a small workshop, in south Tel Aviv, specializes in pleated folds. The folds are made according to the traditional method with my instructions. I decided on a 2cm reclining fold, The distance between the folds just seemed to work perfectly, very gentle and pleasing to the eye.
